The practice was formed by Rob Owen and David Loyd, having previously worked together for many years at another local practice, which has since retired its Architectural department. Both RIBA Chartered Architects, Rob and David have more than 20 years experience working on a wide variety of architectural design projects from new builds to refurbishments, including works to historic listed buildings, domestic, commercial and educational properties.

It is a fact that most people planning to build, extend or alter their property will do it just once in their lifetime, so it is very important to us that we get the design absolutely right for you. Every project is bespoke to your needs, so we listen, work in partnership with you and explore every possibility, so that the end result is the perfect place for you to live/work and enjoy.
